Hello all as you can see we have completed the "Spring Cleanup" of the roster anyone that was 60+ days or close was removed from guild except for any active duty members serving in the Armed Forces ( Military). Some of you may be asking why we did this ? Well the reason is because we need to find out who is going to be our core players in this guild and start to build the guild back up. Its very frustrating when there is only 3 people on at any given time so we are looking to get the guild back to where it use to be with 15-30 members on at any given time - Yes people come and go everyday,week,month and Year, and alot have moved on to other MMO's but we are looking for the members who are going to be here 1-3 years down the road, the members who want to help the Newbies out and teach them the ins and outs of the zones,quest and the game in general. We do have plansÃÂ for raiding and have made the arrangements with other guilds to help us by letting us join their raids and even has gone as far as them setting up lower level raids to get our members use to / adjusted to raiding, and i thank those guild for helping us. I'm not saying that we are going to become a raiding guild, because we are a Family Causal playing guild first an foremost but some of the other zones or areas with in those zones require a large amount of players in order to complete certain quest, hence the Raid aspect. So this is why we decided to clean up the guild roster and let go some of the 60,90 and 135+ days inactive players and it really doesnt look good to the newer members who just joined. So with all that said, We now need to rebuild our guild we are in a period where the ground is shaky, but we will survive and be a great guild once again. So lets buckle down and start the recruiting phase so we can start doing alot more guild functions as in Raiding, Scavenger hunts, Quests, Writs, Partys and maybe one day we can hold a Server event like they did on the AB server or at least be apart of it. So with all my Ranting and Raving, i leave you with these final words Recruite new members, and remember to always have fun and Kill those Damn Gnolls,goblins,spiders,evileyes,and whatever else them may be in your way of becoming a Legend of your own time. Ok i have been thinking that i may want to use the guild portal site for our website only reason is being that we can link our calanders with our alliance's for the Raids and also i can actully add more to guild portal than i can on the Eq2guilds sites for now i think i am going to maintain both sites and see which one goes over better would like teh guilds thoughts on this Send me a mail in game too Chubbylilbuddy513@att.net or chubbylilbuddy@gmail.com Chubbylilbuddy Jun 3, 2008 |
